Further check the content of your posts in the code perspective, because maybe it was changed by some intruders, which have possibly used XML-RCP Bug in the Wordpress version 2.3.2. … A flaw was found in our XML-RPC implementation such that a specially crafted request would allow any valid user to edit posts of any other user on that blog....

Category vs Tag

Since Wordpress official introduced tags, there is a question what to do with categories? I think that tags are very flexible and also somehow naturally to use, you don’t have to think very carefully which should be taken, and which was used before, you just tag it with firs you get in mind. Pligg 9.9.0 Test

Pligg developers have released version 9.9.0 of Pligg CMS quite months ago. Now a had time to test it. In comparison to my last pligg installation of pligg 9.8.2 this version is more stable. Subdomains vs. Subdirectories

I’m not SEO guru, but that topic lies naturally in my interest because I’m admin of several websites. I noticed that one on of my friends[^1] loves to use the sub domains for his projects. It is wisely semantically, but is not so in every his project is i think :). The Question here is how “Google & Friends” :) treats sub-domains and how it treats sub-directories? In best case you get the answer from Google at selves....

Yahoo Shortcuts Plug-In deletes Posts

You can imagine how angry i’m now!!! I just deactivated this peace o shit (excuse me, but there is no other name for that Yahoo Shortcut Plug-In) i the second. Cause that Plug-in deletes my whole article as I clicked on the button to check the Shortcuts. :( And this is happened to me on the same article two times today! I don’t have any backup for that, cause i write my articles on the browser and it worked fantastic so far....

Pligg 9.8.2

Pligg engine stands behind of many “public voting” - social web 2.0 sites. Most prominent of such is digg.com (it’s not pligg based i guess). Today I tried out the pligg 9.8.2 beta engine, which is the current released version at the moment. I’m impressed with pligg functions, and configuration possibilities, so I think I can use pligg in my future pet projects. But I’m not impressed with the quality of the current version....
